
Hi, I'm Sebastian
Game Designer with a hybrid design-engineering background, specializing in systems design, gameplay mechanics, and technical implementation. My work focuses on creating engaging player experiences through strong core loops, progression, combat systems, and meaningful player choice.
Most recently at Teravision Games, I designed and balanced gameplay systems across multiple projects, owning features end-to-end from concept through implementation and iteration. My work included combat systems, progression, player classes, meta systems, and multiplayer gameplay across both shipped titles and live products.
I have worked on titles such as Killer Klowns From Outer Space: The Game and led the development of multiple UEFN experiences, including the Havoc Hotel series, refining them through playtesting, player data, and community feedback.
My background combines design and engineering, supported by an M.F.A. from the University of Southern California and B.S./M.S. degrees in Computer Science from Universidad de los Andes. I am highly proficient in Unreal Engine, UEFN, and Unity.
Outside of work, I enjoy time with my dogs and gaming.
